REFUND POLICY

These Refund Policy governs the condition and process for refund. The refund policy shall be read along with Terms and Conditions of the Website (www.nimbuspost.co.uk). Refund shall be issued at the Company discretion as per the following terms:

  1.  In case Nimbuspost UK is unsuccessful in scheduling a delivery partner 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  2. No refunds shall be offered for cancellations against the payment made in case of confirmation of order by the Carrier/ Courier partner.
  3. 100% amount will be refunded in case Nimbuspost UK is negligent in providing our services.
  4. No refund shall be made if the Carrier/ Courier partner rejects the consignment due to incorrect details provided including Name, description of product, address of delivery, Post code and other required details. 
  5. Please read the Policy carefully along with Terms and condition for use of the website. By using the Platform, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to Policy.  If you do not agree to our Policy and/or terms and conditions, then you must not continue with the purchase of our services.
