Weight Restrictions
International speed post is a great way to send packages internationally. It’s a fast way to get your product from A to B, but it has a few restrictions.

Customs Forms And Regulations

- In the case of loss, total theft, or total damage of International EMS Merchandise, compensation is limited to the value of the content or 130 SDR, whichever is less, plus the postage amount.
- For partial loss or partial damage, or partial theft of International EMS Merchandise, the compensation amount is limited to the value of lost or damaged content.
In any case, this amount should not exceed the corresponding amounts mentioned for EMS Merchandise in case of loss or total damage because then the postage paid will not be refunded.
- For loss or damage of the International EMS Document, compensation is limited to the postage amount paid.
- The Department of Posts is committed and strives to deliver international EMS articles as per the declared delivery standards. However, in the case of delivery of EMS Articles – 5% of the Postage charges is compensated for the delay of more than five days (Excluding Holidays) from the published norms.
